These terms govern access to the public KittumHQ.com informational website. They do not create a client, payroll, accounting, tax, banking, fiduciary, or professional-services relationship.

Informational site only
Kittum LLC is developing accounting and payroll software and a potential payroll-provider service. The public site describes the product, current availability, and planned capabilities. It is not an offer to run live payroll, move money, file returns, connect bank accounts, accept taxpayer documents, or provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, insurance, banking, or CPA advice.
Availability and approval
Descriptions of private testing, launch preparation, or future capabilities do not represent public availability, agency approval, bank sponsorship, legal authorization, certification, error-free operation, or a commitment to deliver a feature or date.
No sensitive submissions
Do not send personal identifiers, tax documents, payroll data, employee records, financial-account information, credentials, confidential client information, malicious files, or unlawful content through the public contact address. Kittum may decline, isolate, or delete unsolicited sensitive material where appropriate.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass controls, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape in a manner that impairs service, misrepresent Kittum’s status, or use Kittum’s names, logos, or content to imply endorsement.
Intellectual property
The Kittum name, wordmark, site design, product descriptions, and original content are owned by Kittum LLC or used with permission. These terms do not grant rights except the limited right to view and use the public site as described above.
Third parties
References to government agencies, banks, data providers, filing providers, or other organizations explain intended or potential operating boundaries. They do not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, production approval, or responsibility unless Kittum expressly states that relationship in a current written agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation
The public site is provided on an “as available” informational basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kittum disclaims implied warranties regarding the public site and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from reliance on public development information. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory law that applies. Questions may be sent to alexserban@kittumhq.com.
Changes
Kittum may update these terms as the website and product develop. The effective date identifies the current version. A separate production service will have its own reviewed agreements and notices.
